Niederrad is one of the most attractive office locations in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region. Companies are attracted by its proximity to the airport and Frankfurt city centre, good public transport, as well as open green spaces, the river Main and surrounding woodlands.
The transformation of Niederrad office district is reflected in the economic data for the quarter. Since 2009 office space has become far more attractive.
In 2009 the vacancy rate was 26.5 %. In the third quarter of 2014 the rate had decreased to a modest 14.8 %. In 2017 the vacany rate already reached 5 %. These numbers proof that more and more companies have faith in the location.
